Poppyfields is our first extra-care development, which has self-contained homes with additional design features and support available, enabling self-care and independent living.
In order to be considered for a property at Poppyfields, Wirral Borough Council's Adult Central Advice and Duty Team (CADT) will need to carry out a care needs assessment and refer you to us. Unfortunately Alpha Living can not offer you a property without you going through this process.
