Sheltered housing 

At Alpha, we believe in providing independence for our residents, with the safety net of help, if needed. Residents are charged social or affordable rent, with a service charge which covers additional support. Many of our sites have communal areas, indoors and out, where you can meet other residents, as well as providing amenities such as a visiting GP, hairdresser and library.

Key to our approach are our Development Managers on site and a 24-hour Warden call system to support our residents to live independently.

The Development Manager acts to bring people together, helping people to live independently whilst providing support services to our residents. 

Each resident who chooses to do so has a support plan, but more importantly a team working exclusively in their development who knows them as an individual.
