Testimonials
Graeme Foster, Chief Executive - Alpha Living: “Being a small housing association enables us to really get to know our residents on a deeper level; they become part of the family and we are passionate about providing them with an outstanding service shaped around their needs.”
Judge’s comments from the UK Housing Awards.
“Alpha really does put their residents at the heart of everything they do. The care for their residents shines through with the welfare support they offer. Their partnerships with other agencies and businesses, in particular around digital skills, together with intergenerational projects with local schoolchildren showcased the innovation, care and support that Alpha’s residents love.”
Resident: “The best thing about Alpha is that I have my independence and the property is ideal for people like me with mobility issues as there are flat surfaces and it's spacious.”
Dame Angela Eagle, Wallasey MP: “This is a hugely impressive extra care scheme at Poppyfields, which has a high standard of space and finishes, as well as large communal areas. Although Poppyfields has only just opened, talking with residents it is clear they had settled in quickly and were really enjoying the friendly and sociable atmosphere, which was really lovely to see.”
